How do I return my order?
Please email order@idamaehome.com with your order number, name and reason for returning.
Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and ship to 6790 Corporation Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas. Customers are responsible for return postage shipping cost.
If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance at orders@idamaehome.com. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
All orders can be returned within 30 days.
Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
